....new blog..... finally.

Hi everyone!! I know you've all been been patiently waiting for a new blog from me....and here it is!! My New Years Resolution is to find a job, and this is how its going...Well, I've tried about 52 times to perfect my resume but end up getting too tired and have to lie down!! The interview I did get was at the same time something really good was on Oprah so I couldn't make that! Then when one resume company asked me to forward a photo I couldn't find one I like so I forwarded the one I recently posted (you must see it!!) and I guess they didn't appreciate my sense of humor.....they never contacted me again........sooooo I've decided it's easier to just plan another vacation!!! Maybe I'll see YOU soon. Love to you all.......mama karla

Life in ST GEORGE!!!! What can I say??????

I love this blogging stuff....and being able to follow my straying flock. I love seeing Shaunas life manifest with so many colorful bursts!!! Always the artist and now painting the canvas of her own journey. Still, a little sad to see our "baby" growing up and away.
I'm grateful to Catherine for taking time to set up my blog and name me as "mama Karla" because first and foremost I do consider being a mama the greatest joy and priveledge of my life.....as well as my now extended role as "gramma Karla". Being a grandmother has re-shaped my heart tapping into a sacred and reserved place that even I wasn't aware exsisted. Kylie, Bradfor, Jordan & Zackie, YOU ARE THE SUNSHINE OF MY LIFE!!! (a song I sing often to them)
Also I am grateful to Catherine for making my son (and my black grandson, Kobe), so happy. I am here for you guys...always.
I also want to tell Terence, Robin, Erin, Pete, Maura and baby Frankie how good it was to see them at Brian & Catherine's wedding. I want them to know that I carry them in my heart and consider them my kids & grandkids no matter what. It was an honor and a priveledge to have been a part of their young lives.
Signing off for now.......I love you all....my greatest treasures!!!! (well... and my jimmie choo shoes)
